you can go to mapquest.com for exact directions. i know that going up to Memphis and heading East on I40 until you get to the Muskogee turnpike, around exit 286 I think past Webbers Falls Okla, Then head up toward Tulsa, There will be two toll boothes $1.25 each but the speed limit is 75 there. When you get to Tulsa stay on hw 244 signs say towards Sand Springs, then watch the exit signs for the exit for Enid or Sand Springs 412 west I believe, then head west. There are tolls here but I can't remember how many or how much. watch for the exit for Stillwater/Ponca City take that it and you will need to drive maybe fifteen or twenty minutes and you should be there. I think its about an hour from Tulsa. Good luck

the previous answer is great for giving directions,, except for one small detail that doesn't compute!! Average travel time would have to be several hours more unless your average speed is 70mph! You can figure a minimum of 2 stops for meals, and fuel, not to mention pit stops to rest and use the toilet, and you have to add a few miles for wrong turns, missed turns, and exits for food & fuel. The average speed would be closer to 50mph. Divide 800 by 50 and it's a 16 hour journey, longer if you rest overnight in a motel.

I think that if you type an address into Mapquest.com, they will also give you the best routes. However, try different systems, Mapquest isn't always giving the best route. hehe Those programs give directions in tenths of miles as well. My son traveled from Southern Calif. to Inland Oregon, and the Mapquest had a good route to follow. It was about a 15 Hr. drive. ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzz
