If they're unconcious, how the hell do you even know you have them?

I personally don't think that you can stop your thoughts, try replacing your thoughts that are bothersome with positive thoughts. Try separating your thoughts into two baskets, the control and uncontrollable. In the control pile, catagorize everything that is within your control, like your goals, your aspirations. Then the uncontrollable pile, which includes. Does she like me? I hope that i doesn't rain tomorrow, will someone steal my car?

Start working on things that you can controll and don't waste engery on things outside of your control. Also ask yourself are you thinking rationally? Or do you have the tendesdy to taket things within your control and then twist them up. Fo example like taking responibility for your feels, thoughts and actions, rather than being prideful and blaming. I hope these help

Well you could get ECT, its called electro shock therapy,it doesn't hurt, you are sedated. It makes you forget bad stuff or you could try meditation, when you get a thought don't judge whether its good or bad just let it drift by. the mind is always playing around. Peace.
