Get yourself some cranberry juice or lemonade. Those are always tasty. Think I'll go grab myself a cocktail. Bottoms up!

Vodka Does not really Jive with the darker sodas such as Coke, Pepsi or Dr. Pepper. If it were me, I would mix that vodka with your favorite version of Sprite/7-up/Sierra Mist, etc...

You can also always put vodka in just about any fruitjuice you like. Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Juice or Cranberry Juice. If you do not particularly like one of those juices, take 2 or 3 splashes of your favorite juices AND then add a bit of the sprite or whatever you like.
A little juice With a little soda will also help you from getting too hungover the following day. If you drink sodas with liquor, there are extra calories that the juices do not have; so if you used both a juice and a soda it would soften the blow the next morning.
And please remember to take 2 Tylenol and drink 2 glasses of water before you go to bed.

enjoy!!!

But, hark!
Preacher t will be drinking alone tonight.
or, depending on our time zone, he is drinking alone tonight.
Or, perhaps he has already finished drinking alone tonight.

Don't drink by yourself. I mean, you can, of course, but it's far less isolating to hoist a few with friends.

I say this sharing a gin and tonic with ... oh, right. myself.

Musts for vodka afficianados:

Stoli in the feezer.
Those test tube glasses that are nestled in ice which hold the stoli.
Caviar. Toast points. some hard boiled egg...
NOW ya got somepin' goin'.

Enjoy a lovely, balmy Sunday night.

I drank last night. I wasn't alone. I had Donna summer with me. You know, she's the one that sings Hot Stuff and Last Dance. Alexia vodka is the cheapest. Happy hangover though! I'm in the book. =]

I make a "Swedish sunset" lingonberry and elderberry juices, splash of orange optional..and mountain dew.

with the flavoured vodkas, even more options are open.
green apple vodka and strawberry icecream in a blender..
or mix with any liquer.. kahlua, irish cream, baja rosa.. it's by far the most versatile of alcohols in my experience

Hansens natural flavored soda is great with vodka. I like the mandarin orange or the raspberry. Cheers!

I had a buddy who preferred Canada Dry. He would bring out the 2liter and stare at it while he was drinking vodka.

A diet soda. Seriously, it tastes much better with, like Diet Dr. Pepper.
