I have eaten at a local restaurant a few times (Italian) called Guiseppe's. They serve this olive dip (finely chopped olives) with bread slices. I was wondering if anyone knows what this is called and if anyone has a good recipe?

its just olive oil and tiny olive pieces, oregano, and any other herbs you want. im not sure of the exact recipe, but i put as much as i like till it tastes perfect. you can also soak mozerella cheese pieces in it. its really good!!! good luck!!!
