It is possible that he already had a wife before he was cast out. His wife likely would have been a sister of his. Back then brothers and sisters would have had to marry as there were no other people on the earth. Even today when two people marry they are of "one blood" as we all descended from Adam and Eve. However, God did not give the law forbidding marriage between close relatives until the time of Moses some 400 years later.

this is why you can't let any religeon or cult take your brain. There was supposed to be no one but Adam, Eve and the rugrats but after Able was killed Cain went to the land of Nod to take a wife. These scripture writers were either lazy editors or the middle east had some REALLY good **** growing back then.

Genesis clearly talks of others. Cain and Abel were also not the only children of Adam and Eve. Go ahead crack it open and give it a read.

Genesis 5:4 in my Bible says that Adam and Eve had different little kids. Genesis 6:4 tells of others who lived on earth. perchance understand-how of quite circumstances is lacking. we are no longer instructed instantly no matter if those lived on earth at the same time as Adam and Eve lived in the backyard. All all of us understand is that adult men enhanced as directed. regulation had no longer been further at this element in progression. Is it honest to accuse of incest? Genetic perfection had merely been presented to death, so decay and mutation would were of little challenge.

MANKIND ADAM
We all have read about Cain and Abel (Gen.4:8-17)
How Cain slew Abel, and God cursed Cain and drove him out.
Then Cain said (Gen.4:14) “that every one that findeth me shall slay me”
Who is Cain worried about?
Then in (Gen.4:17) And Cain knew his wife
Where did Cain find a wife?
The answer is in the Hebrew text (Gen.1:26 and Gen.2:7).
Gen.1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image,
after our likeness: ….
The word “man” (Gen.1:26)
in Hebrew text looks like this ( אדם )
with no article means “MANKIND”
The word “man” (Gen.1:26) transliterated is (adam).
Gen.2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, ….
The word “man” (Gen.2:7)
in Hebrew text looks like this ( את־האדם )
with article and particle means “THIS SAME MAN ADAM”.
The word “man” (Gen.2:7) transliterated is (eth-Ha adham).
So on the sixth day God created or made MANKIND.
On the eighth day God formed THIS SAME MAN ADAM.
