The Rose' sells for about $175-$200 at restaurants - meaning it's retail value is probably $75-$125. The plain brut sells for $170-$190 - putting retail value at about $80-$100.

It's getting up there in age, so drink it and enjoy!

Well, in the Mid-1990's a bottle of Jouet Brut ran around One Hundred Dollars for an early 90's Vintage. If I were to calculate it in my head, I would say that your 18 year old bottle of such quality and rarety would Value the Bottle of Champagne around $2,000 - $4,000.

If it is the Fleur de Champagne flower bottle it is worth about $80 and a little over $100 for the rose. As always, it is worthless if it has been improperly stored. I say chill it down and pop it open around sunset really soon!

You can buy it from a reputable retailer from $70 upwards

If you are dealing privately a wise purchaser will make their decison based on provenance - where has is come from and especially how has it been stored.
