Hello,
It depends on what languages you are into and also where you are in this Earth.
Well Spanish by far is the most easiest language , followed by French.
You could learn Arabic, persian or Iraqi ?
How about some oriental languages like Cantonese, Indonesia,Tagalog ?
African langauges like Swahili,Youruba,Hausa,Arabic the list goes on

The easiest for an English speaking person is German, but Spanish is also a good option that can become very usefull

I found Russian to be much easier to learn than Dutch. Since it uses its own alphabet, I never confuse the letter sounds.
If you never learn any other phrase of Italian, you should know "Laqua fa dano, Il vino fa canta" - Water harms you, wine makes you sing!

it depends what is your 1st language.If your language in Romano- German group-learn Italian or Spanish. If you are Slavic-learn Russian.( these two language groups are the most big)
