Oh my God. First of all, your H.S. teacher should be written up for a comment like that. That is an un-called for comment. Even if it was in Sex Ed class. A teacher should not be an influence to that sort of stuff.
And the answer is not Vitamin C. It's protein. There's a lot of protein in sperm. I've even heard that some people put sperm in their hair to make the luster and shine come back (wash it out of course).

Maybe there are vitamins but that is so gross. You should have asked your HS teacher if he thinks you should swallow the AIDS virus too. That would be having unprotected sex and is not wise, not to mention ....GROSS! Some people would not be of that opinion.

Your high school teacher? Uh it won't hurt the body but my advice would be not to have a girl drink it daily like a protein shake. And ur HS teacher should be reported to the BOE!

You need to report her statement to the principal of the school. If that doesn't work, perhaps you can have your parents call the district superintendent. He/she can get arrested for saying something like this to students.
An in responseto your question, its a rotound and loud NO!

Argh.... Ignore the other replies. Semen DOES have nutritional value. Just cause the teach said it does'nt mean he's tellin ya to DO it.There's a benefit in swallowin for both females AND males.

Your H. S. teacher should teach the subject he is hired to teach. I don't believe your are telling the truth. In other words, I am calling your a fabricator.
