Are you seriously expecting that there are people here in Yahoo Answers (or here on Planet Earth for that matter) who KNOW what happens after death? No one knows what happens after you die. People who pretend to know are either charlatans or fools.

Is it wrong,we should obay the law of the land, but if we think the law is wrong then what should we do?
I became a Christian in '01,but struggled with harder drug's for a while,i still smoked pot up untill 3 month's ago,i only stopped 'cause i was working away and couldn't buy it,when i can get some more i probably will smoke some again.I think the main problem with it is if you smoke it daily, then you can have problems, same with alcahole and other drug's.I f you come to rely on any thing to feel good then it will become a problem for you.
Also think about if you would want your child to smoke when they are old enough.

I don't remember seeing that one on the Ten Commandments. Is there a number 11?
Anyway, smoking pot will just make you an idiot and possibly land your buns in jail but I don't personally believe you go to hell for that. Hell would be so crowded.

"Nothing can separate you"
they say, misquoting Romans8.
No outside forces, is the context, of course, speaking of tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, sword, death, life, angels, principalities, things present or things to come.
This passage was great, great comfort to those who had given their lives to God through Christ, and who were suffering so much for it.
This has nothing to do with smoking pot, of course. Never will you find permission in scripture to carry on in "dissipation" (loose living - Eph 5:15-18).
As Peter also writes,"... do not use your freedom as a covering for evil, but as bondslaves of God.1Peter 2:16.
Look back into Romans 6, which makes the context even clearer, since it comes before chapter 8:
1. What shall we say, then. Shall we continue in sin that grace might increase? (Shall I smoke pot, thinking that grace will have me covered?)
2. May it never be.
i.e. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER! (This phrase is actually a powerful triple negative in the origional language.)
John 3"19 says "And this is the judgement, that the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, for their deeds were evil.
"Repent, therefore, and return, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the LORD...
...for you first God raised up His Servant, and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways." Acts 3:19, 26.
So now I ask you, is the deed of pot smoking a work of the flesh, or a fruit of the Spirit?
My guess is that if you are a sincere individual, the Holy Spirit of God is already convicting you of the Truth of this matter, according to John 8:8.

God created the herbs and plants for food and for healing. What does pot do for you? But that is a good question. But maybe yes, because if you know it's wrong and you continue to do it then you know as well as I do that we will all have to answer to that on judgement day. He might say something like, If you knew it was wrong then why did you do it? Can you answer that question truthfully and honestly? Is their any justification for it? Quite alot of stuff we have to deal with isn't it?

who says smoking is wrong? the government...pshh w/e that's their opinion. in reality smoking pot isn't even as bad a drinking. just look at the stats for the deaths while under each of those. i guarantee that there will be thousands of alcohol related deaths a year and there probably wont even be enough deaths related to pot to get out of the single digits.

If you feel something is wrong and do it anyway it's a sin. I don't like smoking pot but I could do it and not feel it as a sin because it is natural. Drinking Alcohol is worse but still o.k. if you can just have a good time and not sleep with people and start fights. Just my opinion though.

smoking pot does not condemn you to hell if you do not believe it does. God put pot here for a reason.

If somebody smokes pot and doesn't repent then he/she might go to hell. But if they use to do it and repent and never do anything sinful again the they will most likely to to heaven. Seriously you should ask Jesus, he knows the true answer.

no, marijuana is a sacred herb...smoking it can be a sacred experience if done during a ritual. So therefore you could never go to hell for it. Besides it makes one feel good and that is the purpose of your life...feeling good..nothing is more important than that!
