When i press Ctrl+Alt+del in windows XP, it is displaying a message that "Windows task manager has been disabled by your administrator". But i am always logging in as an administrator only. I dont have any other accounts.

It is caused by a virus. You should try to install some anti-virus software.

Also you can try to use this task manager (temporary fix):

frequently that's an aspect results of having both a scourge or some type of malware (aka undercover agent ware). i'd absolutely do a scourge test and an antimalware test which includes Avast! and MalwareByte's Anti-Malware.

Try "System Restore". Go back to a date before the problem began. You can go back, and also go forward to where you are now.
