he drinks from the springs in the bed and uses the keys in the piano to open the door

he pops a hole in the waterbed mattress and takes a key off the piano to unlock the door.

he drinks the water out of the waterbed/matress and then jumps up and down on the piano so hard it breaks the floor and then race out through the basement. haha. :)
