Do you think that guardian angels can be incarnated in this world,living just like any normal person?Do you know of someone like this?(if you don't know please dont answere or better said please don't be mean)

I have a spirit guide that talks to me as an inner voice. I believe this may also be my guardian angel. I am a lot more connected to this person than to any guardian angel and I don't know if I even have a seperate guardian angel.
As to your question, I truly believe that those spirits who are sent to guide you, have agreed to do that beforehand and know that they are qualified for the job and God knows it too or else he wouldn't have appointed them. To be appointed a spirit guide is a much higher level and you must be very mature and experienced in living on Earth in order to guide and understand and protect the person to which you are assigned. This is a life long task and it does not end until you die. That is all I know because that is all my spirit guide has told me. I do not know whether they continue with you after die or not. He said I don't need to know that yet. It is not my time. So, seeing as this is a lifelong task and that it at least does not end until you die, there would be no resignation or falling to Earth to be involved with the one they are to guide and to be involved with them in human form as seen in City of Angels. That movie is totally bogus and is just a figment of someone's active imagination.
After their job with you is done, I don't know if they sometimes decide to become reincarnated or not. I do believe in reincarnation.

No, I don't believe that angels can be incarnate beings. Spirits however, different from angels, can be here on earth, although I don't think in the form of an actual person. We also have spirit guides who guide us from the other side throughout our lives, but they usually contact us in the form of a gut feeling that we get, not as a living person who speaks. Try reading the books below for some good information.

Guardian angels would not be "incarnate" per se, but Hebrews 13 states that we could be entertaining angels "unawares." I think therein lies the key to the phrase. They could be here, but we wouldn't know it. The reason for this is simple: people would worship the angels, which are just one of God's creations. :)

Well, What you got to understand is angel are just like us! They walk, talk,cry, fight, lie, eat, pass gas, They just existed way before us and they have two natures. Agreeable and Disagreeable. We are a combination of the two(let us make man in OUR image) knowing good and evil.You follow? Yes I know of someone like this. I know a lot of them some are what you call fallen angels and some are down here trying to wake you'll up! And some are trying to keep you asleep. But it so hard because religion has you'll looking for magic trick.

I don't really know if they are actual beings you can see, but I know they are here among us. I'm not sure if the Bible explains this or not (the physical part). I surely do know people who have to have been angels. Our receptionist at work is one of them.
