yes!

i had a cat that was obsessed with books

espcially ones that were being read by us

he would get up and lie on the book and look adoringly up at us - if we decided to get another book then that one would suffer the same fate with the first one considered 'harmless'

it was a pain to revise for my finals tho! but it was kinda cute

Sort of.........right now he is being a total snob. We moved from the city to the country so he's traded in his switch blades. Now he's hanging out with nature cats and has forgot about his dependent owners. But he acts like dinner should be on time so he can split back out the door, and gets very testy if it isn't there.

What a life!

Actually yes. We are in the process of giving ours away. For some reason in the past few months she has started to pee in one spot other than her litter box, she gets all over everything and knocks stuff down. She never used to be like that, I don't know why she does it now but we have to get rid of her before she starts peeing on something else. Sorry I know I wasn't much help but I'm going through the same thing.

Cats will own everything you don't train them not to. The cat owns you, never the other way around. They are the best companions when they want to be. Just give them their way and it will all be fine.
