if a person male particularly has sex four times in a row all times cumming does the sperm count lower? and if it does what is the likely hood a female who just had their period five days before likely to get pregnant??

It only takes one sperm cell to get pregnant...and it is very difficult to determine when you are more likely to get pregnant. While there are certain times of the month that are more likely...there is a change you will get pregnant any time you have sex without protection such as birth control or contraceptives.

Alot of things can effect sperm count, such as the physical and mental health of the male. If sex is too frequent and the male starts ejaculating less and less fluid, than the chances of enough sperm passing the cervix is pretty low, and the guy needs a break for atleast a day or too.
The best time to get pregnant is right when the women starts ovulating which would be a little later then 5 days but its still possible to get pregnant

Yes. Depending on the interval between the 4 times. It'll take a day or two for the sperm count to return to it's highest level. Of course the more often he comes, the lower the count will be. Lower sperm count does reduce chances of conception, but it won't eliminate them. (not to mention std's)
