My sister's kids are the whiniest, and I had to put up with them today. Please give your opinion of not liking whiny kids.

when my kids whine, I smile and act excited and tell them how much I LOVE the song they're singing...will you sing it some more?! It pisses them off because I'm not taking them seriously and making fun of them, so they stop talking to me to punish me. Awww.

The problem with whinny kids is someone is not parenting. They are either denying the attention and direction in a positive way they need, or someone likes kids to show their dependence on 'mommy' by whining and crying all the time. It's not the kid's fault, it's the lack of parenting...
You could be a very big assistance by taking more interest in the kids and your sister, and by finding ways to help rather then demean them. It's easy to judge when you haven't walked in someones shoes.
Why don't you take a parenting class yourself and perhaps invite your sister to join you? That way you would both benefit!
Oh, for the record, I am not a childless parent.
I can't believe the cold answers about these children. I guess that is the product you derive from a child that is deprived of good parenting skills. Whew!

Ur right but then again when u get 2 no them really good and u get 2 the point where even though u dont want 2 ull start hanging out with them and this way annoying is annoying but having fun with them 4 once is a lot better. So u don't really need to start hating them just get 2 know them and it will all just blow over. U know what im sayin?

Whiny kids are the product of poor parenting. You shouldn't be complaining about the kids as much as you should be complaining about your sister's lack of proper parenting skills.

the only solution is to feed them lot's of sugar and caffeine then give them back to the parents. maybe buy them a toy drum kit too!
