I like chicken soup the best,the rest normally make me sick

I copied a soup from a Mexican Restaurant I went to once and absolutely love it!
Sopa Con Pollo
Make chicken soup as per usual (use what your family would expect when it comes to measurements, I use less noodles and more chicken cause hubby is a chubby!)
Chicken
Chicken Broth
Carrots
Celery
Onions (sweet)
(I omit the potatoes to lessen the calorie content but you don't have to)
Add Large Noodles towards the last 15 mins of cooking
Right before serving, top with Shredded Lettuce, Guacamole, diced tomatoes, chopped green onion and sour cream! Amazing!
Oh..now ya done it! I have to make it now!
Some peeps could put rice instead of noodles or the potatoes but don't put both cause it would be too starchy

Home made chicken soup:
4 quarter fryers - boil till chicken falls off bone
Add some carrots, potatoes, onion, tomatoes(stewed is fine), celery, and corn.
Talk about something to help you beat a cold!!!
