How do I get rid off a file/folder on my computer called neoteris?

I try to make it non-read only put my computer won't let me. Nor can I just do the regular delete.

didnt you tried to delete it first before asking....

try the regular delete..

if you cant delete it then switch to windows safe mode.....

then again delete it...

lastly go to DOS MODE...

and delete it ....

use the DOS file attrib.exe and reset it attributes to read
then delete it
attrib +r is the syntax to use
