I store my baby spinach in one of two ways:
1- I store the leave like I store my herbs; after washing them in cold water, I lay them out to dry (most of the way), then wrap them in paper towels and put them in a big Zip-loc bag.

2- I use these big plastic containers I get from my work (a small coffee shop) that hold mixed greens. It works just like any othe air-tight plastic container like Tupperwear. However, make sure it is dry and cold before storing the spinach (if it is too much warmer than the fridge, condensation can form on the inside. most tupperwear-like containers are pretty good about avoiding that, though).

If it is in a bag just leave the bag open when you first use it to keep air flowing and moisture from building up. If spinach is loose put into a plastic bag...same rules apply
