If front

At the back of the calipher there are 2 plastic plugs. Remove the plugs, insert 7 mm allan key, undo the two bolts and the calipher will lift off it's carrier and you can remove the pads.

If back

The pads are held in by 2 pins running through the brake calipher and the pads. Knock the pins out from the inside approx 5 mm and get a pair of grips onto the exposed ends of the pins and pull and hey preston the pads will pop out.
