I like Trillian because you can have any or all the Instant Messenger accounts Aim, Yahoo, ICQ , MSN etc.
and all you have to do is have 1 piece of software to use them all. So you computer runs faster because you don't need to have 2 or 3 Pisces of Instant Messenger software running when 1 can Handel them all and you can be on 1 or all at the same time..
so when someone you know uses an Instant messanging account you don't use alot or isn't your favorite then you can still chat with them without having all those IM software installed on your computer...

Starting out I used AIM all the time but now i use Yahoo and enjoy it.
