This girl at work is a HUGE flirt, and she has about 4-5 guys at all times that she hugs on and treats like they are the center of the world. She is very good at it. I asked her to take me home after work one night, and we kissed and fooled around. Then, at work she was telling a friend about what we were doing and the boss overheard part of it and got all up in arms. She, to try to save her 'rep' went along with him and sayed I was trying to steal a kiss from her. Lots of drama at work, but now she doesn't hug on me anymore, or even look at me much. I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT HER!! and its killing me. What should I do, what should I say? I close my eyes, and I see her. I am not in love with her, but I would like things to go back to the way they were. Argg

Haven't you ever heard that you shouldn't fish in the company fish pond? Or s*** where you sleep? Leave her alone, unless you're willing to possibly lose your job over this. There are a lot of things that could happen--she could get tired of you bothering her, and file sexual harassment charges, or your boss could get tired of the whole situation and just can you. Of course you can't stop thinking about her--it's because she's ignoring you. It's human nature to want what we can't have.

As a straight male, I find the idea of seeing two guys going at it in a public party abhorrent. But the idea of seeing two girls kissing is attractive. It's the same reaon why some straight women like lesbian porn, but it is not common for straight males to like gay porn. Socio-gender differences.

Hmmm. She lied to your boss to make herself seem better? She may be beautiful and tempting, but who knows what else she might say or do if you tried anything with her again. Try to move on if you can.

Ouch bro

Leave it alone, time will cool this down.

Almost any move you make will inflame the situation.

Find some other girl (not at work) and spend some time with her instead.
(i know easier said than done nowadays)

Well, If I were you I would act as if it doesn't bother you, let her be the one that cracks. If things don't change then you know she isn't someone you want to be around.
