How can someone look at a crab and want to EAT it????!! Blugh!!?

I'm not vegetarian. I do like chicken (and turkey) but if I see a chicken alive... I can't eat it anymore. I don't eat beef (only because I don't like the taste of it) and I hate fish of all kinds.

My husband once made a comment, "eating the flesh off a dead bird" while eating chicken wings and now I can't even eat a wing without thinking of that.

I have heard that crab is good and a lot of people like it, however I couldn't even bring myself to try it. Just the "thought" of what it looks like is enough to make me want to hurl. It's a giant spider. I can't "Not" think about it.

I can't picture the very first person looking at a crab for the first time thinking, "Yum.. I want to eat that!"

Yes, crabs are nasty giant sea spiders. If a crab lived on the land, we'd shoot them, not eat them.

But they taste so good. Don't look!

Well, the want to eat a crab is very simple to understand, once you hear (or read) it. The outside doesn't look all that great, but does a squirrel....no. It's the inside that looks quite tasty. For this reason.....people want to eat crabs.

I love crab, but I can only eat it when it's just the meat not the whole crab. That grosses me out man.

u know, everyone has their own opinions on different things, an african person [me!!!] might think rice and beans r good and an american person might think thats revolting, u might not like eating crab but someone else might think its the best food u could ever have, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, just like beauty is only in the eyes of the beholder its the same with food,someone might like it while someone else might hate it, u never know!!!

do you eat shrimp or lobster? what's the difference between eating them and eating crab, except that they all taste good?

how can you look at a cow and want to eat that !! Doesn't look to great on the outside but boy are they tasty on the inside.
