Its different for every guy, and girl for that matter. For some, kissing does nothing for them. For others, its a form of affection and foreplay. I would say, more often than not, if a guy starts getting into some heavy petting, he will also want to take it further. Its pretty rare for a guy to be satisfied with only kissing. But overall, I think guys like kissing.
Oh, and by the way, if you're going to use a picture, you should use your own, not something you found in a magazine or the internet. Best of luck to you.

He's not the spokes person for all men. May be he doesn't like kissing because he doesn't get kisses or may be he's a bad kisser and have been told this more then once. So now he's upset and he thinks he can say all men don't like kissing

So not true, but some men may act or say they do not like kissing because they may think subconciously that your not worth kissing due to the fact that your mouth may have been in one to many places, not only that he just not all that into that particular girl if he does not want to kiss her, he just wants other gratifying things

that is such bull. it's one of my favorite ways of showing affection when in public. and i'm sure the same can be said for a lot of guys.
