He weighs 5 pounds now, so it's not quiet as hilarious as it used to be.

Be thankful it's your buttons. When my cat Sampson was little, whenever I got out of the shower and had a towel around me, he would jump out of nowhere and dig into my leg, hold onto my leg and try to get the towel. Not pleasant for me! Cats are just like that. If something intrigues them, they go for it.

LOLhe sounds way too cute....for the button thing it really could be anything- the buttons my catch his eye and seem like a good play toy at the moment~try buying him some fun toys-you can take him to petco or petsmart and let him pick out some of his own......that way your distracting him so he wont keep trying to steal your buttons!You could also check with a vet to see if theres anything else you could do,maybe at the next checkup or on the phone-i dont mean rush him thier right now!GOOD LUCK-ill add some more l8er!

There could be many reasons. It may want you to spend more time with it and play with it,it may need food and/or water,it could think that it will sharpen his claws!! Good luck :-)

do the buttons make a noise when u walk...if so dont wear the shorts anymore...

because you let him do that from day one so he thinks it is ok cause he has been trained tht is ok to do
i know i own cats
what you let them do as kittens they will continue to do thru out their life times
