i don't really care about the how much i weigh, i just want to look pudgier (for lack of a better word). but i don't want to obtain that weight through just stuffing myself with unhealthy foods and end up having all those health problems like the guy in supersize me had.

Eat a lot of protein and do some aerobic excercise. Eating stuff like peanut butter is a great way to gain weight, but make sure that you excercis (at least 30 min a day) or you'll get fat. You probably have a high metabolism, so you might not even have to work out. Just make sure the weight you gain is healthy and not from junk food, becuase the junk food fat is really hard to lose.

You might gain in the begining but I agree with guy above me that you need to do it slowly so ur body isn't shocked. I lost a lost of weight eating just under 1000 cals a day and platuead for a while, now I eat like 500 day and if I eat 1000 I gain weight. And I am like 170 so go figure. But I run/walk 10 miles a day. Be careful with excersize because your body will get used to it and it won't burn off cals. WHAT I DO: Eat 500 one day, 700 the next. I get 2 free meals a week (usually for when I get invited to parties or I have to eat infront of others) and I excersize like mad ONLY when I hit plateaus.

Lifting weights can add some muscle weight and just simply eating a greater amount of healthy foods than you typically do can also allow you to gain weight. Definitely don't stop doing minimal workouts because these will help to keep you healthy.

Some people try taking a nap after they eat to add some weight.
You can also try working out and toning your body as muscle weighs more than fat.

One word: protein. Eat more lean meat, eggs, low-fat dairy. Try weight lifting. You'll soon gain more muscle.

Eat three times a day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Excise for about an hour a day then you’ll be in good shape.
