oh my..i don't know how old you r but no one should even think about having sex before they start their period nor there after ...u want to be the 13 year old that has to end up dropping out of school and raising a baby or maybe get aids? the best protection is to not have sex and stop hanging out with the boys you r currently around..then talk to some one a parent(i know that's hard)or big sister or aunt that your close with they can help you and it is only awkward when u first bring it up after that it will get easier to talk to them trust me on this and u will be happy you did

I think you are a little young to be thinking along these lines. If you and this boy like each other, then stick to holding hands and kissing on the cheek. Sex is illegal at your age and if your parents find out, then your boyfriend could be in so much trouble. And by the way, a girl or woman as it should be cannot get pregnant until she starts having periods. A period is a sign an egg is being released. If your periods have started and you are talking about the time of the month that you are not on it then the answer is yes you can get pregnant. Don't do it. Live your life. You are too young for this kind of responsibility.

You always should use protection. Get in the habit now! It's not just a matter of preventing pregnancy. We're talking tons of diseases, some of which you will never be able to get rid of, and 2 that can kill you (siphilus is deadly if not treated). Wrap it up every time. Even if she hasen't started her period yet, there is a chance that she can get pregnant if her body is getting ready for the first period, so the answer to that question is yes, it is possible to get pregnant even if she hasen't bled yet. Be safe. Be careful: both with your bodies and your emotions. Sex messes with your mind hardcore. Especially girls. The choices you make now will affect the way you think about love and sex for the rest of your life! make sure that you are BOTH ready for this.

Where was your mind? Sounds as if you have already done the act, and NOW worry about the consequences??? This is one of the biggest reasons Children should not have sex! Good grief..you don't even know the facts of life and you are playing as if you are an adult....back up and rethink your position. Trust that you will not be more popular if you continue on this path...You will be the one called for a date when the guy wants an easy lay...not a particularly great reputation, and you have already started getting yours....better be very careful of what you are doing....Good luck

Fist, to one of the answerers, no one knows ALL the answers about sex so get over yourself. To answer the question, yes. Actually a girl can get pregnant anytime of month, but she's most likely to ovulate (and be able to get pregnant) right BETWEEN periods, or 2 weeks after her last period started.
Now, on the other hand if you're asking about a girl who has never gotten her period yet, she CAN still get pregnant, but its a LOT less likely. She would have to be close to ovulating and be very close to getting her first period. But it happens so be careful either way.

absolutely. If the girl is getting ready to START her period she would never have the opportunity to find out because pregnancy would come before that ever happened. This is a dangerous game to play....

Yes, if a girl has had her first period, that means the is able to get pregnant, she doesn't have to be currently on her period during sex to get pregnant, and as soon as the boy hits puberty he is able to impregnate someone.

Where do these people get off saying no??? YES, the answer is YES. You can get preggers. Be careful, girl! I don't think you should be even thinking about it right now, but if you are, please don't do it yet. You might not reget it now, but when you're older you will regret doing it so young. Especially with risk of pregnancy and STDs.

you should most definately use protection either way. lina medina gave birth at the age of 5. it can happen.
