What kind of bra is ideal for exercising for a big breasted woman? Regular, everyday underwire bras are not comfortable to work out in, but "sports bras" don't seem to give much support. Insight, ladies?

The sports bras I wear on my big chest are tight fitting and give me a flattened look. I don't bounce at all when wearing one. It could be you're wearing the wrong size sport bra. Try one in a smaller size.

big breasted women should use a bra that encapsulates each breast separately. kind of like a regular bra does. there are a couple under armor ones that work well but are expensive, about $50 each. I have D's and have found that "compression" type bras work well, they just squeeze the boobs down so they won't move at all.

Go to www.championcatalog.com. Champion makes great athletic wear, including sports bras for larger breasted women. This is the only brand that I buy now.

I remember getting a Speedo sports bra from Sears that was very supportive for a larger breasted woman. I would check there.

They do make special sports bras that actually have cups to them that give additional support for women with larger breasts. I'm not sure what brand they are but my sister uses them and seems to be more comfortable.

You are not getting the right sports bra..they are designed to hold you properly if they are fitted properly.
Go visit a department store and get a proper fitting...it made all the difference when I did just that...and also discovered my size was different to what I thought it was...

Racerback bras are good.
