Get an interest in something..even if its diets for beauty, or the life of a Band or pop star...and when you have something you are an expert at, you get confidence..
Being too self absorbed is what makes you lack confidence...you need to get an interest in something beyond yourself... Working as a volunteer with orphans or sick children is a real eye opener, and you will realise there is more to life than just worrying about getting fat.
Avoiding all junk food and not drinking fizzy will make sure you stay healthy while becoming involved outside yourself

Don't surround yourself with negative people, you know we all have a friend that puts a negative spin on just about everything.
Find something that you enjoy sports, music etc. and become better at it., any improvement can boost your confidence.
Your not alone , I feel most people struggle with self confidence that's why they follow the crowd.

Face your fear for what it is. Lets say you get fat of obese. Does not mean you have to stay fat or obese. So it is wasted emotion to worry about it. Have a good lunch.

You should realize that you are probably really pretty. People worry so much about things like getting fat, and they hardly even matter. Besides, guys dont like extremely skinny girls! haha...Just chill with yourself. When you are happy with yourself it rubs off on people, and they have no choice but to be happy with you. However, it is not unhealthy to eat really goood and exercise if you wanna be fit and feel good about yourself. It helps! Good luck to ya!

Just be proactive, eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink a ton of water. It'll fill you up and without eating too many calories. Also just do little pilates or yoga stretches. It'll keep you toned.
