Start pounding water like there's no tomorrow. Also eat more veggies and fruits. They'll fill you up but have a low caloric value. Also eat good proteins and carbs. Like steak, chicken, fish, whole grain foods. These food have a lot of nutritional value. The reason you're hunger is because your body isn't getting the nutrition it needs

Hey you say really hungry This might be signs of parasites or a tape worm eating all your food and your to hungry. good foods for what big bulkier muscles to stop them or be lean mean machine fast so they can`t catch yeah try light organic fresh and good colours and do acid test to balance body .also clean your colon so you can absorb your nutrients remember malnutrition stay healthy become wealthy and wise

a chef salad is the way to go, man.... lots of vegetables, some lunchmeat or chicken breasts on top, cheese & hard-boiled eggs on the side... sounds great to me. i think that's what i'll have for dinner tonight.
