The point of the plastic white thing is to protect the pizza. Because without it, the heat from the pizza softens the box and could collapse. No one wanted to eat a squashed pizza.

To prevent the lid from touching the pizza, but if you have to stack that many pizzas on top of each other and the boxes are that flimsy that they don't hold up, then that's a problem.

That liitle white thing in the middle of the pizza is a coffee table to eat the pizza on. It will also hold your drink if its a real small pizza. I thought everybody knew that. :)

It's purpose is to keep the lid from hitting the pizza and having the toppings stick to the lid.

It is to hold the box top they put it in. So the top doesnt get into the pizza.

So the lid doesn't get in your pizza and stick to the cheese cause then you have to pull it out and you have cardboard in your pizza!
