Is Dying My Hair Blonde A Good Idea?

I Have Light Brown Hair, I Dye My Hair Alot Though..Will It Come Out Orangeish Or An Actual Blonde?

You need to use a bleach not a dye. Dies add color and when you're trying to lighten your hair you need to lift the blonde out not put more on. I'd start off jus getting highlights to see how your hair handles the color. And make sure you go to a professional.

well if you put a blonde on top of a light brown it will not be too blonde and might come out discolored if your hair is not virgin you could bleach it and then use a toner the color you want but keep in mind that bleach can damage your hair if not cared for correctly you have to keep it conditioned, trimed and moisturized

Do you realize the cost and how often you have to do your roots for it to look good. Just for fun you might want to try a wig. Lots cheaper. Bleach is so smelly. It burns your skin sometimes too. OUCH!. Observe other women. Try to spot the natural blondes and the bottle blondes. I bet you can tell the difference. Do you want to be known as a bottle blonde?

If you want to go blonde then PLEASE get it done professionally. Depending on how dark your natural hair color is, you may have to have your hair stripped then have the dye applied to it. It's something that only professionals should do so your hair doesn't turn a different color or get damaged.

You will have to bleach it first though. If you are worried about how it may look go to a beauty salon.

Blonde is fine but when your roots start growing out it looks bad then you got to lighten it again then a month later do it again. Its about a every month thing that you will be doing.

if you dye already dark hair with a blonde color it wont show up, you have to lighten hair with bleach
