I have no idea but there in alot of workout plans

When you do a tricep push-up, you put your body at a 90 degree angle and prop yourself up on a bench/chair. Put your hands on the bench and lower yourself almost to the floor. This is what works your triceps!

I alos think that you can work out your triceps by doing a pushup, but instead of having your hands spread out, put them together in the shape of a diamond. Try to do more than 15 at a time (lol)

You might try hanging between 2 chairs in sitting position with legs extended. Hand on each chair at side. Push up from that position and you will get a good workout on your triceps.

umm....im not sure exactly what youre talking about..but i can tell you a pushup that kills your triceps..i know from being a gymnast and those are the only ones youre suppose to do..anyway, you know how in a regular pushup, your elbows go outward? now when you go down, make your elbows go in, so theyre by your sides..you have to leave about an inch between you sides and your arm..i hope that makes sense

it is a push up with your hands close together. the further apart you place your hands the more emphasis you put on your chest. the closer you put your hands the more emphasis you place on your triceps.

it is a dip you find a chair put your back to it bend down put your hands on the chair lower your self raise your self very effective for the tricepts
