Yes, the Bible tells us "For in six days, the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them" (Exodus 20:11, NIV) and gives an over view of how God created in Genesis 1 and then focuses in on how God made man. Notice, these two are not contradictory account. Genesis 1 is the big picture view, while Genesis 2 [is a descriptive account that] goes into describing how God created man.
We Christians believe that God is all-knowing, all-powerful, and always present; He is the Creator of the entire universe and knows every intimate detail of His creation, and one verse that I know of which supports this is Matthew 10:29-31 (NLT) in which Jesus says:
"Not even a sparrow, worth only half a penny, can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are more valuable to Him than a whole flock of sparrows."
There are many other verses throughout the Bible which speak of God's all-powerful and all-knowing attributes, for example 1 John 3:20 that speaks about God knowing everything.
As for the second question you asked, since God is omniscient (all knowing), He must know all things, including what will happen in our lives, right? I tend to believe that God already knows what we will do because he knows us so intimately - more than what we know ourselves - and knows how we will respond when we come up against certain circumstances and He also sees the effects of the response.
Does this cross out free will then? I don't believe so. For more information on this, to save space please see the Internet article I have mentioned in the source list.
But as an example, if my parents give me $700, they already know that I will take the money and buy a new computer (since Dad works in the computer industry, he can get them for around $600-$700) as my computer at the moment is a Celeron 400 MHz, I know that's poor, lol. They would be correct in that as well. How did they know it? Because they know me so well, they know what I'll do in that particular circumstance. They did not force me to buy it, so my free will still exists, even though they knew that I would buy the computer.
This is IMHO and I hope that this helps you, sorry that it may be a little long. :)

god did not come down to earth and write the bible himself so why would it matter if there was a spot about that it doesnt mean it is the absolute truth, everyone wonders these things but the truth is it doesnt really matter weather god trully did create everything life is what it is and i would guess that god has a pretty good idea of what is going to happen but if he knew already exactly what was going to happen than that would mean there is no reality and there are no real choices, we are just going through the motion and i just cant believe that. in my opinion god is not nearly as much of a control freak as most people especially most religious people.

Some people believe that God is the origin of all things, and that the Bible is a description of how some people believe we got here. You won't find it all laid out step by step. Ideas about God being all knowing, and all that were formulated by lots of people over the centuries. Just remember that the Bible is a book of faith, the witness of lots of different people and how they lived their faith, how they experienced God. It was never meant to explain the natural world, or be scientific. We look to the Bible for guidance in faith.

No, I don't think God created everything. And if he knew everything before it's going to happen, there is no such thing as free-will. And if there is no free will, why is there a hell? God would literally be creating things that had an inescapable destiny of Hell. He'd be creating people just to watch them burn in Hell. Also, if he knows everything before it happens, why did he create Lucifer to start with? He would have known Lucifer would rebel, and so if he knew everything before it happened he would have intentionally created evil, not to mention letting it remain.

God not only created everything, God IS everything. God is the formless, genderless eternal energy source of all life. God is the very process of life itself, everywhere, within every soul. God is all-knowing, all-loving, omnipotent. Where can you find this in the bible...I've no idea.

Yes, God is creating everything.
He's not done yet!
He knows everything that's going to happen because He knows exactly what you plan to do with your "free will."

For the first question, which is easier, of course, read the first three chapters of Genesis. for the second question, I think it is in Daniel, it says something like, "You know all the stars by name." "You knew me before I came to be in my mother's womb." There are all kinds of predictions throughout the bible and in later scripture it shows that those things did happen. That shows that God sees into the future and then inspires his prophets to tell what he reveals to them.

ALL things were created by God.
(See Scriptures below).
Gen.1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Gen.1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
Gen.1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created ALL things by Jesus Christ:
Re. 4:11Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created ALL things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created
Col.1:16 For by him were ALL things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: ALL things were created by him, and for him:
Re.10:6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
Eze.28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways (Lucifer/Satan) from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
