Have been seperated from boyfriend of about 3 years for a month now. Have been talking to this guy online for about 2 weeks. I like this new guy, he is sweet and he wants us to meet. I have been open with him, and told him I am not ready for a serious relationship because I am just out of a long term relationship. He has been very understanding... I have been talking to my quasi ex the entire time and we haven't entirely ruled out trying our relationship again. But we are free to date other people... should I tell my ex about the date or just keep it to myself? Should I tell the new guy that I am still talking to my ex?

He is an ex. He is no longer a part of your life except for talking. If it was his idea you are separated. Cut him lose, and go on with your life. I it was your idea, and you are still talking to him, maybe you shouldn't be separated. Follow your own heart and your own instincts.
I wouldn't tell your new guy about talking to your ex. He wouldn't understand he may break it off with you. You need to figure out which way you want to go on this. Only you know your own heart.

If I we're you I'd tell the other guy that your takling to your ex, but i wouldnt tell your ex about the other dude, otherwise he might get mad, and yea...besides what he doesnt know wont hurt him
