could be any of multiple things: crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, H pylori infection. the mucus in the stool could suggest colon cancer (scary) or bowel obstruction (also scary). you really need to have this checked out, possibly including a colonoscopy.

Why don't you just go to the doctor, or if you don't have the money to a free clinic.
Very likely, none of these people on here are qualified to offer you medical advice.

You should talk to your doctor. Relying on people on the internet to diagnose your health problems is not safe. If this has been going on for weeks, you definitely should see your doctor ASAP because this obviously isn't going to go away on its own.

Possibly an allergy to wheat(celiac disease). See your doctor and keep track of what you've eaten before you experience the symptoms.

Go get yourself checked for food poisoning. I'm not kidding. You must be exhausted by now. Don't you want to get better quickly?
