Is it not time for people to grow up? Been married twice, both times over 7 yrs., w/children whom are grown, and is not embarressed to talk about sex in the past, present, and future. It was just a couple yrs back that i truely for real started ENJOYING sex. Giving AND Receiving. I would like to be respected for who i am instead of what i do. Will i ever find a relationship like that?

Truthfully it's a double standard because men can do that and they arent considered anything. It makes me upset, but thats the truth.

Of course you will.....it just takes time don't rush it or you could find urself looking in the wrong places but there are definitley men who do. The only guys who don't, aren't worth bothering with, really, if they view it as ok for themselves to enjoy sex but not a woman, then why would you want to be with them?
Chastity is a different thing and is far from sexist, so don't lump every guy who dosen't approve one night stands as sexist but realize reasons for the sexism exist.
That is that guys view it as such an achievement when they sleep with a girl that they do take all the credit for it in their mind even tho it was her choice but if it seems there is'nt much credit to take (i.e. didn't do anything to deserve it other than maybe make small talk to her and did'nt prove that they liked her) then they somehow think it makes the woman "cheaper".
I hope that helps and guy who views a woman as a slag because she enjoys sex is denying that men can ever play a part in making women feel good. They see sex as all about themselves and their own sexual needs. Denying that women could have any is a good way of not having to think about all the ways they could fail to meet those needs.

You want to know why this is happening to you and other women's like you?
I guess you live in a small community. You pay attention for what they will say about you or you are a sensitive person. It's our society's fault, because for they a woman at your age should be a mother and she must accept the reality of a family life. A woman always is seen like a mother or a hire at your age.
I have for you another question: It makes problems for you? If not why should you care about this?

There's nothing wrong with enjoying being sexual-- but have you stopped to evaluate yourself? are you throwing yourself at men?? the wrong kind of men?? are you forgetting who you truly are because you're chasing the temporary thrill of an orgasm?? I enjoy being sexual as well- I enjoy being sexual with my husband. I'm not saying you have to find one person and stick with them to enjoy sex- but don't let yourself become a sex object. Make the men you sleep with get to know the real you before they get to your bedroom- trust me, the sex is ten times better when you know who you're having it with.

Double standard, has been and always will be
now the gov't has spread all kinds of sexual disease and noone can enjoy
a natural part of life.
so, yes you will find the right guy, you will know it when it is and
men are afraid of female power so they opress us by name calling and in the end

dont give your mate more info than he needs you dont have to mention the number of partners just let him know it was safe sex. The mature level of the men you are dealing with they need to have modern open minds about sex. dont go around bragging about you sexual adventures and dont flaunt yourself and no one should know what you do behind closed doors.
