a neutron bomb,

it explodes about 10,000 feet in the air is will kill all living flesh with in a hundredf miles of ground zero there is no escape. It takes like 20 of solid concrete wall or 6-10 feet of solid lead on all side to stop the rays. The rays cook flesh as if it was put in a microwave oven. It is not radioactive like the atomic bomb within hours after the blast the area is inhabitable again. Just clean up the cooked bodies. Its very wicked weapon and yes we have it.

I don't know why you would want to know this, but the most powerful KNOWN (as in NOT classified and not known of among the general public) weapon would most definitely be the Nuclear ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile). They're capable of hitting almost anywhere on the planet, and the initial impact alone would completely level a city and kill all those in it. That's if you don't factor in the radioactive aftermath that would be left behind and also spread out over an even larger area. That alone would kill millions (depending on the population density) and make even more ill from radioactive illnesses.

The largest hydrogen bomb ever created was the Russian "Tsar Bomba", which had a yield of 100 megatons. The version they tested had a yield of about 50 megatons.

Today, the largest warheads are usually in the 100-200 Kiloton range, but there may be larger ones stockpiled. A bomb in this range would wipe out a small city, and cause major damage at over 5 miles from ground zero.

Believe it or not the most potent weapon is small pox. There is no known vaccine and kill ratio is close to 90%. As far as non-nuclear would be the USAs 15,000lb daisy cutter. The Minuteman 3 missles with 12(MIRV) would be nuclear. MIRV=Multiple Independent rentry Viechles another words 12 10 megaton bombs in 1 missle for 12 different targets.

The fork.

Look at how many people are dying worldwide today due to overeating. In the United States alone, we are gorging ourselves everywhere we go. You cannot even go to a bookstore today without finding a coffee shop with sweets inside. Wal-Mart (R)
has McDonald's (R) inside and movie theaters today should offer forklift services to carry that SMALL vat of popcorn to your seat for you. (Trust me the day is coming when that service is available for we'll all be too fat to carry anything more than our own weight.) People everywhere are suffering from diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, back pain, joint pain, difficulty breathing, high cholesterol and severe depression.........a HUGE percentage of which would all be alleviated if they would make healthy food and portion choices and actually got out and exercised.

My friend, the FORK is the most powerful man-made weapon today!

Hydrogen bombs could blow places off the map.

Though artificially created "super-viruses" could potentially wipe out most all of humanity with relatively small landscape damage.

Then there are the intangibles such as religion and cultural diseases. . .
