The end of the world is not at hand. There are 7 years of tribulation that has not happen and will not happen until the church(the body of Christ) is taken off the earth. 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 1 Thessalonians 4: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. When the church is gone then the 7 years of tribulation starts and the wrath of God is poured out. The Lord Jesus Christ returns at the end of the tribulation period to rule on the earth for 1000 years and then there will be a new heaven and new earth that will last forever. Revelation 21: 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Be sure that you have believed and trusted in what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you on the cross. He died for your sins, He was buried and took you sins away and rose again the third day for your justification. Romans 4: 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. And you will miss the wrath of God.

40 percent chance of the end at the end of this month June 2006. 30 percent chance June 2007, 20 percent chance December 2006, 10 percent chance December 2007.
After the end of the 1260 days then there is a time times and a half time and then the prophets are raptured. The 1335 days are the length of days of Jesus's ministry until his rapture, assention.
As it was in the days of Jesus so shall it be in the end scripture says. We are told to watch for his comming. And in the days he first came some knew the approximate time. Jesus nobody know the day speaking of experiencing Judgement day which he had not yet experienced before he went to the cross. There are many statements which show us that this is the time.
My percentages are from my reasoning, the time of year can be known for certain, but I do not know the year for certain. But you would also have to understand Biblical chronology which most scholars have gotten incorrect prior to around 3,000 BC.
email me for more info, though I have little time.

Maybe. But what does near mean to God? A few hundred or thoiusand years, or a few days. If He was the first, then soon could seem like an eternity to humans but a short time to him. People have been saying it was near for a long time. I can say we are a lot closer to the end than they were when they first started sying we were near the end.

Let's get one thing strait. The "world" isn't going anywhere. Us humans that live on it may not be here for much longer but the Planet is going to be fine. The Earth has endured much worse than humans.
We humans think everything is about us. In a geological time line, the entire human existence, is like a blink of an eye.
Humans and other lifeforms will die/kill each other off and millions of years from now the Earth will still be here just chillin' and the only remnants of human life will be the plastic that hasn't decomposed. It will be like tiny pieces of beach glass on the shores of the Oceans.

The Antichrist will be realized when the Arabs bring a new Caliph (kind of a Islamic Pope for Muslims) -OR- Should a man show who claims to be the Muslims awaited Mahdi (a kind of variant of Jesus only for the Muslims.
When you see this take place - watch any news surrounding the Dome of the Rock Mosque which sits on a wing of the remnants (foundation) of Solomon's Temple... there will be 3 1/2 to 7 years then Jesus will come.

Another silly question! I have heard that the end of earth is coming since i was a little kid. Of course, many different dates for that to happen. The first timer I was really scared, well, I was a little kid! Then I learned that NOBODY knows when the world is going to end. I read some ansewrs... it seems some really enjoy trying to scare others, and others just wanna have fun giving silly answers. Last time I heard the world was going to end was just before 6-6-06. Others said that many bad things were going to happen, and it was just another REGULAR day.
Don't let people fool you!

No one on earth knows, not even Jesus in heaven knows, only God the Father knows the answer to that question. Jesus said we were of a perverse generation always looking to the signs for his return. All he wants is for us to fall on our knees and worship him and let him take care of the details. Even if the world is coming to an end, Christians have nothing to fear, because we will be raptured out, (at least true Christians and not just religious Christians). That is why our eyes and hearts are to be focused on spreading the gospel, lest today be the day the trumpet sounds and the dead in Christ be raised to life and the saints be resurrected.

Yes. I predict the end of the world to be in exactly 6 days, 12 hours, 3 minutes and 47 seconds. The killer angels are coming to get us. Maybe we should all buy bomb shelters like all the morons did for 1/1/00. Maybe those are also Apocalypse shelters.
