I give my best friend the car to take the old lady to the hospital. I stay behind with the girl of my dreams. If I have her I don't need anything else and I know my best friend will follow through and get to the hospital in time

I would give the car to my best friend so he could take the old lady to the Hospital, and stay with the guy of my dream.

why not ask other person's in car to get down and let all 3 of them sit inside the car. or u can use the top of car for 1 or 2 persons or as the famous saying goes, there's room for every1 everywhere, why not try to creat a place for all 3 of them. otherwise, u can call an ambulance which can take that old lady to hospital and send u'r friend in that ambulance also as a caretaker for that old lady. then get down from the car, find some bushes nearby , take u'r gf there and come back he he he.
still not convinced? ok . it's upto u but plz don't leave u'r gf alone with u'r friend. zamaana bahut kharaab hai!

I like Jamigloo's answer, but take the old lady - you wouldn't really be able to help much more after that because you are not family. Then you can return to your friend and your girlfriend, and they will both respect you more for what you did.

I would take the old lady becuase she needs the most help! If it was my best friend, then they would definatley understand why i didnt take them. And the guy of my dreams could wait another 20 minutes! I just couldn't let someone die...

The old lady because if she had died it would have been my fault that she had died because i didn't take her to the hospital. The best friend and the boyfriend would volunteer to wait.
