here is is: Creamy Lemon Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups cold milk
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemon concentrate, thawed
1 (8oz.) tub cool whip, thawed
1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker crumb crust
lemon slices (optional for garnish)
STEPS:
1. pour milk into large bowl. add pudding mixes. beat with wisk 30 seconds. add lemonade concentrate. beat with wire wisk 30 seconds. (mixture will be thick) immediately stir in cool whip. spoon into crust.
2. refrigerate 4 hours or until set. garnish with lemon slices if desired. store leftover pie in refrigerator. makes 8 servings.
not sure if this is what u meant by 'lemon icebox pie', but i have made it before, and it was really good! hope it helps!

1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.

buy an already made pie shell raw you need to cook it yourself they are really good just follow the directions
buy the boxed lemon filling the kind you need to cook instant isn't that great. when your pie shell is cooked your gonna fill it with the pie filling
You need to get some heavy wipping cream and sugar use an electric blender in a chilled bowl your making your own whipping cream about 1 tablespoon of sugar to 1 cup of heavy cream. Taste is you can make it sweeter if you would like
you need to get some fresh lemons cut off the skins your going to use them so make them look pretty with no whites on the underside , you need to boil and drain them at least 3 times after this you need to coat them in sugar and put them on top of the pie along with the whipped cream
