ok here it is again Since you are new i would recommend a push pull system..

MONDAY AND THURSDAY PUSH WORKOUT
Quadriceps= leg presses and squats
Chest = incline bench and dumbbell flat press
Shoulders= dumbbell shoulder press, dubbell lateral press, seated dumbbell front press,
Triceps= Close grip bench press, triceps bench dips
Calves=standing calve raises

Tuesday and Friday pull workout
Back/hams= Deadlifts, lat pulldowns,T bar rows
Biceps= barbell curls , alt dumbbell curls on incline bench
Abs= weighted crunches

do cardio in the mornings or evenings...keep the rep range at 8-12 reps with 3-5 sets for most of the workouts above

Do endurance training, not cardio. Start off slowly and gradually build up your workout so as not to shock your body or cause injury. Try running, weight lifting, jump roping, and other repetitive excercises. Also push ups, chin ups, and crunches.

That entierly depends on your metabolism. I can eat like a pig and poop it like wise. I can eat a half gallon of ice cream before bed and not gain an ounce. You definitly need carbs to fuel your work out and proteins to build muscle and vitamins to help repair the damage you do while trying to bulk. My buddy eats lean meat till he is full and then eats more. Eat Eat Eat!

do push-ups, chin-ups, bench press, squats, and sit-ups every other day. that should get you a good start in a month or less. do some aerobic exercise as well.
