The Father is God
The Son is Jesus
The Holy Ghost is the Holy Spirit

Together they make up the trinity, one God in 3 forms.

They are three aspects of the same divine entity.

The Father is the Creator, the Sovereign King of the universe.
The Son is this same divine escense (sp?) in a human shell. Still the same God, but intentionally limited by a human form.
The Spirit is the guidance and support of God sent to earth to help God's people here. God as the Father is too perfect, vast, and powerful to dwell with sinful man. Jesus as a human cannot be with all Christians simultaneously. The Holy Ghost is somewhere between the two.

The Father is our Heavenly Father, Christs Father. Christ is his son. Christ was sent to be our redeemer and savior. Both God and Christ have a body of flesh and bone. God, Christ and the holy ghost work as one to bring about our salvation. The Holy Ghost acts as a suedo-consience. It can help us know what to do and how to live. It will do this by giving us feelings or inspiration.

I don't believe that God and Christ are entities that just float around and aren't tangable. Christ, after his ressurection, appeared to Mary Magdeline and his disciples to prove that he had risen. At that point, he had a body of flesh and bones. He proved this by eating and drinking with his disciples.

Christ said when he was alive that "I do nothing save what the son has seen the Father do". I believe this to mean that God also has a body of flesh and bone.

I believe they are 3 seperate beings working together to bring about one purpose. There are many scriptures in the bible that prove this point. Matthew 3: 13-17 shows us that God spoke from heaven when Christ was baptized and that the holy ghost descended like a dove to show his presence.

There is also the account Christ on the cross when he asks "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" (mark 15:34) Why would he pray in such a fashion if he was praying to himself, or if he and God were one?

The fact that he gives credit to the Father- his Father- should be proof that they are seperate beings.

I would pray and ask for help to understand the differences between each member of the godhead.

God is the father - God is all of creation, everything we can see hear, think and do, right back to the beginning and at its most microscopic it is all pure energy.
The son is Christ Jesus - But we are all sons and daughters of God. We are all minute parts of the whole.
The Holy Spirit is spiritual energy - our spirituality is our connection to that highest collective consciousness of the whole of creation that is God. It informs us and we inform it

As a Christian…. God, Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit are one.

'And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.'

They are the Godhead. They are all one in purpose but 3 different beings. We are The Father's children and are made in His image. Jesus is one of the Father's Spirit children who was chosen to be our Redeemer. He was the firstborn of the Father's children. The Holy Ghost is a personage of Spirit who can dwell in us and with us and with all, and helps guide us through this life when we are not in the presence of the Father and the Son. He brings their presence and their will to us; we connect to them through the Holy Ghost when we're not in their presence.
