I don't believe in supplements. If you want to build muscle you will have to work for it. Supplements are simply a way to 1) get your money and 2) keep getting your money.
Don't waste your time or money on supplements. Simply workout with weights and you will see the results if you are dedicated.

There are other various things on how you can build your muscles naturally without using supplements, because some supplements have some side effects. Best thing is natural body building with dumbells with more repitition or if you want to add strength then add addtionally weights. Cable cross over machine. You can work various different muscles with that equipment. If I were starting a gym, that would be my first purchase.
