Well I guess if you don't believe in God but believe in Angels and Demons you may think that Angels reproduce or something so you would need females. If you go by the Bible there is no need for them. They are simply messengers for God. The Cherubs were WARRIOR Angels. Imagine that supposedly cute little baby angel being shown correctly. The first mention of them is protecting the Garden, and more specifically the Tree of life, to prevent Adam and Eve from coming back in. They were Angels with a FLAMING SWORD. Anyway the first person claiming to be an atheist is more likely an agnostic. If you believe in Angels and Demons you likely believe in a higher power. Atheist doesn't mean you don't believe in God. It means you believe there is no higher power AT ALL.

In the Bible all of the angels are said to either be male or sexless (but still look male, even if they aren't technically so) Angels appear in many a religion, from pagans to muslims, and in most of them the angels are all male or sexless but look male, but there are a few angels spread out thinly between the religions that are depicted as being female (such as the "angel" of greek mythology for Fate.)

Angels are refereed int the Bible as he mostly but they actually do not have a gender and are not male or female as they are not like humans who do have a gender (male or female) yes many things from the Bible are pictured according to human imagination and not how they really are!

The only angels mentioned by name in the Bible are Michael and Gabriel. The other angels have been shown as men, sometimes in shining clothes, or dazzling appearance.
The idea of female angels in flowing gowns comes from an obscure passage found in Zechariah. "Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven." (Zechariah 5:9)

Angels have no gender (Matthew 22:30). They may often be portrayed as male or female, but that is the fault of Hollywood (or whoever).

Angels are supposedly asexual. Could you image the devil having kids? He was an Angel, according to the bible.

The only authority we have to answer this question is the bible.
And the only names given of angles are truly male names, but I believe that the answer that is true is they are neither male or female, they are totally created creatures by God, they do not reproduce. therefore there is no need for them to be one sex or another

I'm atheist.
Well, I don't believe in "God" but I do believe in angels and demons.
Weird, I know.
But I do believe in female angels. You need a balance.

Why are you "so concerned"? There are a lot more important things to be concerned about than how angels are depicted. Doesn't triviality bother you?
