Nope, but a handy trick is to think about what you want to dream about right before your fall asleep. If you are focusing on not dreaming about a certain thing, it will be on your mind and you will more than likely dream about it....

it depends, the only thing you can do is "program your brain" not to dream at all. You can't control what you dream about, but if you don;t want to dream about a certain something, you can always ensure that you won;t have a dream by drinking 2 ounces of alcohol before bed. When dreaming, one uses the parietial lobe in the upper back part of the brain. This part of the brain is already highly sensetive and once it encounters a small amount of alcohol, it will work on dealing with it. It becomes to busy to "give you a dream"

If you keep dreaming the same thing, your subconscious mind is trying to call your attention to something. Figure out what the message is and you will stop having that dream.

u control what u think about it to a certain point when ur sleep the brain is running the body
