I am a Christian who wonders aloud why any Muslims believe they should teach me what Jesus said and did ?

The reason people follow Jesus is because He committed no sins. He never married, never conquered lands, never murdered anyone, never owned slaves, never used slaves for sex, never made fun of black people, never worshipped a broken black rock or asked a rock for favors, never was involved in politics. Never sinned in anyway. Jesus never sinned. He is the Good Shepherd ( John 10:11 and Matthew 19:17 ) and there is NO other Good Shepherd. Makes it very obvious who must be followed and obeyed and who must not be followed and obeyed.

this is in addition so that i can answer the questions asked of me in the answers i was given. BigBoi told me that he thought what i said about Jesus not making fun of black people is a racist statement..but it is the truth.. He never did make fun of black peoples..He never owned any either... He never used any of them for sex either, nor did He murder them, etc. Muhammed did those things. That is why i refuse the message of Muhammed and accept that the good news out of Jesus is truth personified. ..To eg_ansel i say i am not teaching any Muslims here much! I ask why do they believe they should tell me what Jesus did when obviously they do not know what is in the scriptures except for a very few passages which they don't even understand at all yet because they do not believe He is who He said He is. ...to trwillia.. Jesus did announce He is God and that is why He was crucified ( a thing which Islam denies ever happened ) I will always refuse the message of Muhammed because of the simple reasons i have given. it is an easy choice. God forbids following a sinner because it is the blind leading the blind. ..Please do not instruct people who KNOW the scriptures. God is merciful. You know the Qur'an , I know what Aisha wrote of her husband... i know the scriptures which Moses wrote... and I know what was written of Jesus the Messiah.

Taimur.. if Islam shuns racism..why the race in Islam to destroy the Jews? Why did Muhammed call black peoples raisins and make fun of them and own them as slaves and use those slaves for sex? Also, sir.. if the broken rock is not worshipped..why do millions of Muslims rush there to walk around it seven times ..then to bow before it and kiss it and ask it for favors? Taimur..yes..Jesus does say it several times.. but only a believer would see it for what it is. Jesus says He is NOT one of us. Jesus says He is alone blameless. Jesus asks us all ..why call Me good? There is no one good but God " . That is not a denial, Taimur. it is a simple statement and question to all people. in John 10 Jesus again announces He is God.

Taimur.. you say you dont believe what the books of the new testament say ....yet you believe what a man ( Muhammed ) who came more than six hundred years AFTER Jesus walked on water while wearing flesh... says about Him? Taimur..most scholars agree..even Muslim scholars.. that Aisha was six years of age when her parents agreed with Muhammed that he should have her in marriage. It is also widely agreed upon by most scholars of Islam that she was nine years of age when Muhammed had sex with her. I recall reading by many who wrote about it at the time of it..that she was still playing with dolls, Taimur. and that many people thought it unseemly of Muhammed because she was so very young.

because, we invite you to believe in true teachings of Jesus.

Jesus never said "I am God", "worship me" or "i have come to die for the sins of mankind".

secondly,, yes we believe that all the prophets including jesus pbuh were sinless .

let me clarify you one thing.. we dont worship KAABA.

Kaaba is the Qibla i.e. the direction Muslims face during their prayers. It is important to note that though Muslims face the Kaaba during prayers, they do not worship the Kaaba. Muslims worship and bow to none but Allah.

It is mentioned in Surah Baqarah:

"We see the turning of thy face (for guidance) to the heavens: now shall We turn thee to a Qiblah that shall please thee. Turn then thy face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque: wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction." [Al-Qur’an 2:144]

The marriage of Prophet Muhammad pbuh with Aisha was in agreement of her parents and her will.

There are difference of opinion of scholars regarding the age of Aisha pbuh at the time of her marriage with Prophet Muhammad pbuh., some say 9 , Some say 12 and some say 15. The exact age is not confirmed. Like the scholars of Christianity had difference of opinion regarding the age of Mary pbuh at the time of birth of Jesus pbuh, some say 14 , and some say 16.

Aisha pbuh was reached at the age of puberty when she married prophet Muhammad pbuh. Islam says that anyone can marry when he or she reaches his or her puberty. Prophet Muhammad pbuh married with Aisha pbuh by her will. A’ishah was most pleased with this marriage. Her parents were very pleased with this marriage.

BILAL was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad pbuh who was slave ... he was black.. they all prayed together, Bilal had very good voice who gave call to prayers. which slave did Muhammad pbuh use for sex??? which one.. please quote . Muhammad pbuh married at the age of 25 with a woman who was widow twice and remained with her till she died , and he never married in her lifetime. they remained for more than 25 years.

Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on marrying `Aisha, never aimed at fulfilling a lust or satisfying a desire; rather, his aim was to strengthen his relation with the most beloved Companion of his. Had it been true that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, aimed at fulfilling a lust or satisfying a desire, he would have done this while still in his youth when he was still free from the responsibilities of delivering Allah’s call. At his early age, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, accepted to marry Khadija, may Allah be pleased with her, who was 15 years older than him, and was a widow TWICE. He also never married a new wife until after her death. Even after her passing away, his new wife Sawdah bint Zam`ah was an old-aged widow who possessed no particular appealing qualities. This adds to our certainty that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had many great lofty aims behind his marriages.

At the time of the Prophet, people even stood on the Kaaba and gave the ‘adhaan’ or the call to prayer. One may ask those who allege that Muslims worship the Kaaba; which idol worshipper stands on the idol he worships?

According to Sahih Bukhari, Volume 2, book of Hajj, chapter 56, H.No. 675. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Prophet (pbuh) touching (and kissing) you, I would never have touched (and kissed) you".

When the Muslims go to Masjid-e-Haram in Makkah, they perform tawaaf or circumambulation round the Kaaba. This act symbolizes the belief and worship of One God, since, just as every circle has one centre, so also there is only one Allah (swt) worthy of worship.

There is a big difference in inviting and teaching.

you said , in JOhn 10 ,, jesus said he is God... ... This is not true. John 10:30 says that I am my father are one.
and this is not equivalent to "i am God".

If you read the context, the earlier verses (John 10:28-29) says that no man can pluck these people (the followers of Jesus pbuh) from his hand. No man can pluck them out of my fathers hand, that means God's hand.
Then John 10:30 says that I am my father are one.

If you read the context it means the plucking in purpose.
