Islam is the only true religion.. it is not new, rather it is the only religion which all prophets of God taught, Adam, Noah, Moses, David, Jesus and Muhammed.. they all taught the same message which God is One, believe in Him and worship Him alone.. those prophets may have taught different laws and commandments, because those who those prophets were sent to were/are different.. the last laws which The God, or Allah -in Arabic- has willed for humanity are the Islamic laws which abrogated all the old commandments, like the Mosaic laws and the new laws which Jesus peace be upon him taught.. the commandments of Islam are uniquly suiting all men of all time, since Muhammed was the last messanger who God sent.. and since there will be no other prophets coming after him, and therefore no new laws to abrogate the Islamic laws.. and the Islamic laws may seem strict.. but when you give it more time, to see what Muslims scholars said about each laws.. and learn the wisdoms behind these laws, you may will come to see the big image.. which shows how The God knows exactly what we are in a need to, as you will see these laws perfect! ..

Islam is first and foremost submission to our Creator and not pairing Him with anything or anyone else.

There is only One Creator and all the rest that exists has been created by Him.

I have found Islam in my life, after being raised non religiously, in a very so called "free thinking" environment and I found that Islam is intelligence, truth, justice, respect, beauty, spiritual joy, and as my Brother here said, a direct relationship between the believer and God.

Hamdullillah I am a Muslim more than I am anything else.

The religion of Islam, as written in the Qu'ran, is a religion based and founded on violence. There's so much to write about it, I'll just recommend to you a book that someone has already written, The Secrets of the Koran, by Don Richardson.
I find it apalling how women are treated. And as for heaven, It's described in the Qu'ran as a place where Allah has a certain number of brown- eyed virgins (whom he enables to stay virgins forever). Isn't that convenient?

I believe everybody has the rite to follow there own religion.I am not Islamic but I would like to learn more about the religion. I believe that if you follow your religion and that is what you believe then you are on your own correct path. To me Knowledge is the ultimate key, that is why I try to learn about all aspects of life and then i make my own choices. No human can judge me nor anyone else
