They wont get on at all!
They will be arguing and throwing rotten vegs at each other over Cyprus, unless they are all Jehovah's Witness who have a moriatorim on world politics.

It should not be a problem. As long as they remember they are in America now and to try and leave old battles at the door. Both of them have a right to be here and they both need to respect that.
They should leave each other alone and work on building the restaurant.
This might be hard during the Olympics or World Soccer but it can work.

Oooooh! I am Turkish and to be honest I think relations are still a bit strained ... Despite both parties now being able to cross the border in Cyprus.
I have no idea how they would get on, I've never heard of a scenario but I'm sure it exists, particularly in north London where there is a big Turkish and Greek community.
... Hi Kitty! (doubt she will see this but I am trying to be amicable!)

I am half Greek and have just come back from Greece. Sadly, the recent mid air crash in which the Greek Pilot was killed hasn't helped matters much. Greeks are good people and I think that they would act well to individualTurks but regrettably there is a long standing emnity, which isn't in a good place at the moment.
By the way, Hi Londoner! Shall we at least 'virtually' shake hands?! :)

Greetings:
You may find the short answer if you cast you gaze at how Iranian and American restaurants next door to each other get along.
There's no question, peoples of various countries just love peoples of various cultures.
It is their leaders who use ideology and dogma to create friction at all levels in their own selfish geo-political agenda.
Witness the global tendency towards co-operation and synthesis, as peoples on all continents demonstrate annually in the MILLIONS for freedom and justice, thereby driving a new agenda - the PEOPLE'S agenda.
The spirit of the implication of you question is, happily, on its way out...like FAST!!! The old, divisive, authoritarian bottles of me, myself and I, are being broken.
The new wine deserves better!
Peace,
Justice

They'd get along fine.....at least in their own restaurants.
But if you own the Cypriot restaurant across the street.....watch out! They'll come over to *your* place to fight!
