Ignor what the Bible says and do what the church teaches. I.E., go to church on Sunday and ignor the 7th day. Iguess it is not too different from most forms of Christianity in that aspect.

Bless that Don S, he really knows nothing at all about Mormons, does he?
Mormons believe very much in keeping the sabbath day holy, and would generally discourage anyone from working on that day, unless it is really necessary. They would also suggest that you don't shop on Sunday, and instead plan peaceful family activities. Church (of course), visiting relatives, studying family history, writing in journals, etc.
It varies among the members, though. My best friend won't watch TV or listen to music on a Sunday, whereas I will. It's pretty much about what you feel comfortable with.

It means that the day should be reserved to serve the Lord. In other words, not working to get paid. Also, going to Church, spending time with your family, doing good things for others.
Since we are all so busy with our lives, in order to keep the spirit of the Sabbath Day, we should prepare during the week so that we don't have to run errands or do chores on Sunday.
Of course, some people, because of the nature of their chosen profession, do have to work on Sunday, but The Lord knows the true intentions of our hearts, and He will judge accordingly. The same principle applies to those who are taking care of sick family members and have to do chores on Sunday.
Also, every person struggles to obey different commandments, according to how strong they are spiritually, and to their individual weaknesses/limitations as a human being. Therefore, it takes some people a long time to learn to obey the commandment to keep the Sabbath holy, and that's fine, as long as they are honestly trying.
The better we keep the Sabbath holy, the more blessings we will receive, and our testimony of this spiritual principle will become stronger.
If you have any more questions, or if my answer was not clear, please go to www.mormon.org to find official information on everything that has to do with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Remember, like the Bible teaches us, Our Lord Jesus Christ created the Sabbath Day for man, not the other way around!

Sabbath observance: Church members set Sunday aside as the Sabbath, or the Lord’s day—a day to worship God and rest from their labors. After attending worship services, they may spend the remainder of the day quietly at home, in visiting family or friends, and in doing good.

The LDS religion doesn't say exactly what you can and can't do. It does say stuff like "Don't work. Don't cause others to work by shopping, etc." It doesn't say you can't drive, or feed your dog.
Example of this: Our friends thought my family wasn't keeping the whole day holy, because we would take off our church clothes after we got home from church. But we thought the same thing about them because they watched TV on Sunday. So, What do you get?

“And that thou mayest more fully keep thyself unspotted from the world, thou shalt go to the house of prayer and offer up thy sacraments upon my holy day;
“For verily this is a day appointed unto you to rest from your labors, and to pay thy devotions unto the Most High;
“Nevertheless thy vows shall be offered up in righteousness on all days and at all times;
“But remember that on this, the Lord’s day, thou shalt offer thine oblations and thy sacraments unto the Most High, confessing thy sins unto thy brethren, and before the Lord.
“And on this day thou shalt do none other thing, only let thy food be prepared with singleness of heart that thy fasting may be perfect, or, in other words, that thy joy may be full.” (D&C 59:9–13.)
