If anyone is a plant expert, maybe a few details about this particular plant will help...It's a tree-like plant with light-blue, very fragrant flowers, foliage like that of large rosemary. Maybe even a type of bush.... I'm so clueless, but I really need to know what this plant is!!

I know that I didn't add too many details, but I don't really have too many. I know that it wasn't growing in it's native area. I saw it in the Golden Gate Park Botanical Garden. They have plants there from all over the world. All I can say that it was the size of a small tree, slender trunk and branches, the foliage was not big and leafy, it was small and kindof like rosemary, but bigger, and the flowers were about the size of dimes and grew mostly in clumps on the ends of the branches. HIGHLY FRAGRANT!
